This statement by President Ronald Reagan pretty much sums up where we are in our country and around the world.
I have been religiously following the news about the Canadian truckers and the Freedom Convoy. A few days ago (before all the violence started), I posted a remark on my personal Facebook page where I said, "The Canadian trucker protest could all be over today if Trudeau would lift the mandates. But he won't because now it's about power."
A friend of mine, who holds different political views, replied, "It would be all over if people would just do the right thing."
Now, my friend is a good person who prides herself on her open, liberal mindset. She sincerely believes the government should mandate vaccines to keep everyone safe, and that those who refuse to get the jab are a danger to themselves and a threat to society. She discounts reports about the vaccines' harmful side effects and dismisses experts' dissenting views about the jab. She won't entertain any thought that questions or opposes the current government narrative; and she blames Donald Trump and his supporters for "politicizing" everything and creating the divide in our society.
Perhaps you know a few people like this, as well.
I -- and I'm guessing you, too -- see the landscape differently. It's readily apparent to us that we're in a global war for our very way of life. However, many millions of people, like my friend, are still not aware that we're even on the battlefield. But we are. And it's our last stand as a free and independent people; because, as Ronald Reagan said, if we lose here, there's no place else to go.
THIS is what the global freedom movement is really about. It's not just about the jab--90% of the Canadian truckers are vaxxed by their own admission. It's about freedom to live your own life and make decisions about your life without government interference. The Canadian truckers have shown that they are willing to give up everything to stand up for freedom. They are demanding freedom from the shackles of government control and the freedom to live sovereign lives with rights bestowed by God, not governments.
I would even go so far as to compare the freedom convoys to the Allied invasion of Normandy on D-Day, 1944. That massive invasion marked the first coordinated effort among the Allies to finally confront and defeat the dictatorial regimes of the day. Just as that one massive battle eventually turned the tide against world domination by forces of evil, I firmly believe this global freedom movement is our D-Day, our last stand, to finally bring down the abuse and control by the dark forces aligned against us.
In WWII, the axis of evil wasn't defeated in a day. The war raged on for another year with thousands of deaths and casualties. Our global battle against the power-hungry elites is only just beginning.
And this is why the trucker convoys and freedom movements are so important.
In 2020, when the government said to stay at home for "two weeks to flatten the curve," we stayed at home. When dictatorial state governors issued decrees that "non-essential" businesses remain closed, business owners kept their businesses shuttered and watched their life’s work and wealth go down the drain. When a social media giant declared any statement not aligned with the approved government narrative to be "dis-information," people accepted the censorship and turned against those who spoke up. Society gradually numbed to ever-increasing demands -- hospital protocols forbidding the use of proven therapeutic drugs and treatments for the virus; mask mandates for school children; vaccine passports to travel, eat in restaurants, attend sporting events and concerts; multiple booster jabs to keep one's "fully vaccinated" status; tying up swings on outdoor playgrounds...
Well, no more.
People are realizing that this is NOT about public health and safety, but about government power and control. We have had enough, and are no longer willing to "bend the knee" to the petty tyrants and global elites. Even though the truckers have been forced to withdraw from their positions in Ottawa, the battle is not lost. The truckers have won. They've shown the world what power the people really have and what can be accomplished by uniting without violence. They made a stand; and they have shown the world who the real fascists are.
We've talked before on this blog about the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the Great Reset. Justin Trudeau, Joe Biden and the rest of the leaders of G20 countries are all acolytes of the WEF's global agenda. People are finally realizing the truth that the WEF is manipulating world events. Check out what happened in the Canadian parliament when Conservative parliament member, Colin Carrie, asks about the WEF's influence over Canadian politicians. His mike is cut-off and he's told he is spreading dis-information. Sounds to me like Minister Carrie touched a nerve.
Yes, the WEF is the same group whose goal for 2030 is for us all to own nothing and be happy about it. Many have spoken and written about the WEF, Agenda 2030, and The Great Reset; but they have been written off as conspiracy kooks. Well, it's now as plain as day. The global elites are tipping their hand and showing their cards. Here is Justin Trudeau, in his own words, telling Canadians that he is implementing the global agenda of "Build Back Better." Sound familiar to Joe Biden's "Build Back Better?"
To further illustrate how things are fitting together, here are some interesting highlights of recent events:
Justin Trudeau enacted Canada's "Emergencies Act" on February 14, 2022. The act requires both the House and Senate of the Canadian parliament to outline why federal officials feel the powers are required and to detail what specific measures will be taken. This is to be followed by seven days of debate to allow the two parliamentary bodies to confirm it. On February 18, 2022, however, Trudeau suspended parliament so no debate could take place. He then began police action.

Not a single leader of ANY western democratic nation has spoken out about the brutal police action against peaceful protesters in Ottawa. In fact, Trudeau invoked the Emergencies Act after being urged by the Biden administration to use "federal powers." Isn't that what the Democrats call "meddling?"
The Emergencies Act invoked by Trudeau has NEVER been invoked since its adoption in 1988. Parliament has not previously seen any situation dire enough to use it--not even on 9/11. But it has been enacted now to arrest peaceful protesters, seize their bank accounts, seize their children, and seize and threaten to kill their pets. The Emergencies Act is also being used to threaten seizure of bank accounts of people donating to the Freedom trucker cause and pro-Trump organizations.
Many of the protesters and on-the-ground media correspondents have reported brutal actions by police. Here is a video of mounted police trampling people in the crowd. You'll see that one of the casualties of their action was an elderly lady on a mobility scooter.
Who are these "police?" The government says they are local police forces and members of the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police). But look at this video. People are questioning that, IF they are Canadians, why have they removed insignia and badge numbers? Some are reporting that many don't even speak English or French. Where are they from? UN? Foreign mercenaries?
Kind of reminds you of this...
So, to circle back to my friend's comment on my Facebook post, THIS is why we are standing up. This isn't about protecting us from a virus. This is about global control. "Keeping us safe" does NOT justify seizing your money, seizing your children and pets, trampling you with horses and beating you into submission.
And don't doubt for a second that this same type of tyranny IS coming to America and other Western nations unless people push back.
That's crazy talk, you say? That can't happen here, you say?
Let's take a look at a few things that just happened here in the U.S. that may indicate otherwise:
On. February 7, 2022, the Department of Homeland Security updated its National Terrorist Advisory Assessment to a "heightened threat environment." The DHS indicates that the bulletin was triggered by “an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors.” It also specifically points to the increased threat being a result of " the proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions." It's certainly not hard to read between the lines and see that I, along with YOU as a reader of this blog, are being warned that any speech that does not fall in line with the approved government narrative will be identified as a "domestic terror threat."
In Canada, the government seized the cryptocurrency wallets of truckers and supporters of the Freedom Convoy. To follow in Canada's footsteps of seizing...I mean "monitoring"... cryptocurrency, the FBI has created a National Cryptocurrency Enforcement Team (NCET) to do just that. According to an FBI spokesperson, the "NCET will play a pivotal role in ensuring that as the technology surrounding digital assets grows and evolves, the department, in turn, accelerates and expands its efforts to combat their illicit abuse by criminals of all kinds." So, again, it's not a stretch to see that you and I are being warned that any donations made to organizations that oppose the government could be classified as "criminal activity."
(On a personal note--in a previous blog, I posted a link to GiveSendGo to donate to the trucker Freedom Convoy. GiveSendGo was recently hacked by someone suspected of working for the Canadian government. The hack exposed the names of 92,000 people who donated to the truckers along with their email addresses and amounts of donations that were made. This process, known as "doxxing," is the publishing of an individual's personal, identifying information on the internet for malicious intent. Well, my wife and I made a donation to the Freedom Convoy and we have since been doxxed. Our personal information has been leaked online and we have been notified that it is on the Dark Web.)
And this just in...on February 20, 2022, Joe Biden quietly extended the U.S. national emergency declaration on COVID-19 that was set to expire on March 1, 2022, citing continuing "risk to the public health and safety." And, oh yeah....no end date was given.
The WEF and global elites have their fingers in every country that is worth robbing, The good news is that they are finally being exposed. But, like a trapped, wounded animal, they have become much more vicious and dangerous.
Pay attention, Patriots. Stand up. This is our D-Day. This is the battle for which we are alive today to fight. They are coming...and this is our last stand.
In closing, I share the words of Martin Niemöller, a prominent Lutheran pastor who spent seven years in a German concentration camp:
"First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me."
