"That's the signpost up ahead - your next stop, the Twilight Zone..."
In a previous blog post, we discussed the theory of mass formation psychosis--the phenomenon where large portions of society lose touch with reality out of fear and free-floating anxiety.
In the last few days, there have been a few reports that demonstrate that this psychosis is continuing to cause bizarre and disturbing behavior.
For example, in the North Penn School District near Philadelphia PA, a photo of a teacher TAPING a mask to a student's face has gone viral.
The school district apologized and said the teacher's behavior was "unacceptable" and that the ordeal was “being addressed."
What would ever occur in the mind of a teacher to do this?
And here's another disturbing example out of Canada. A video from a live-audience television show in Quebec shamelessly uses children as pawns to push the "unvaccinated as the enemy" narrative.
A young boy and girl are asked by the television presenter if they believe in the mandatory COVID vaccine jab. They both reply that they do. The show’s host then asked the kids what society should do with people who don’t want the vaccine; and the young boy responded, “We should call the police.”
The young girl then added, “If they don’t have the vaccine, it can make a lot of people in danger, so like what the government does right now. We should cut everything from them little by little until they submit and get vaccinated.”
The global elites are training millions of our children to think that anyone who believes differently than they do is the enemy. THAT is the very real side effect of the pandemic--the loss of compassion and humanity in our youth.
We all know how hard it is being adults living through these times. But it breaks my heart to think of what it's like to be a child when all the adults around them are fearful and behaving irrationally.

There is no reason on this earth that these children couldn't have removed their masks for 30 seconds to have a picture taken.
This is so sad...and an example of adults losing touch with reality.

Last Wednesday, January 19, 2022, the Democrats suffered a major defeat for their party's agenda when the Senate failed to pass their voting rights legislation.
Democrats framed the legislation as critical for preserving equal access to the polls; while Republicans argued that the measure would federalize elections, encourage voter fraud, and favor Democratic victories. Joe Biden even accused anyone opposing the measure of being a "domestic enemy."
Fortunately, two Democrat senators sided with Republicans to defeat the measure. Americans owe a debt of gratitude to Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ).
However, the White House is none too happy.
Appearing on a segment of The View, on Friday, January 21, 2002, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki gave some advice to Democrats who may be sulking over the defeat.
What was her advice?
Take a kickboxing class and have a margarita!
"My advice to everyone out there who's frustrated, sad, angry, p***ed off, feel those emotions, go to a kickboxing class, have a margarita..."
That advice sounds more like what one friend would say to another to help them get over a bad breakup.
If you watch any television at all, you probably have seen the commercial marking the anniversary of the Biden-Harris administration's first year in office. It has literally blanketed the network airwaves and streaming channels.
Biden's inaugural committee has used some of their leftover funds to produce the video. They've enlisted Hollywood actor Tom Hanks to narrate the video, which touts the administration's achievements over this past year.

Okay--there's a lot of hyperventilating in that video about our resilient economy and record job creation.
Let's do a little fact-checking...
Tom Hanks can be heard saying from his script, "More jobs were created in 2021 than in ANY year in the last eighty years."
In a raw data sense, that may be true. However, the numbers of jobs today are actually FIVE MILLION behind what they were in terms of pre-pandemic levels. Biden hasn't created anything new. He's just claiming credit for jobs that are coming back from being lost due to the pandemic. This fact-checker (me!) rates the claim: FALSE. But, that's how they "spin" statistics into propaganda.
The video, however, did NOT list some other "achievements" of the Biden administration. Let's add a few:
the "extraordinarily successful" withdrawal from Afghanistan;
losing two countries and two embassies in six months (Afghanistan, and soon, Ukraine);
abandoning $81 billion of military equipment and the Bagram air base for our enemies to use;
presidential approval polls dredging new lows;
inflation hitting multi-decade highs;
the wide-open border;
an absentee vice president;
elimination of our Keystone Pipeline, while green-lighting Russia's Nord Stream II pipeline--resulting in higher energy prices here at home;
crime-ridden cities.
I also find it interesting that, in the video, Tom Hanks keeps saying that we're the "home of the brave." If you recall, the lyric from the Star Spangled Banner is, "O say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave, O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave."
Do you find it curious that he doesn't say we're still the "land of the FREE?"
And this...
In a weird example of "life imitating art," the Simpsons actually predicted this Tom Hanks video. In 2007, Hanks appeared in a cameo in The Simpson's Movie. His animated likeness shills for the government as he promotes a "new and improved Grand Canyon." What he says is prescient: "Hello, I'm Tom Hanks. The U.S. government has lost its credibility so it's borrowing some of mine."

Just when you thought the supply chain crisis couldn't get any worse, think again. It will.
This past Thursday, January 20, 2022, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security announced that truckers from Mexico and Canada will no longer be allowed to enter the U.S. without vaccine passports.
According to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, the U.S. borders will be closed to unvaccinated and partially vaccinated Canadian and Mexican truck drivers. In his official statement, Secretary Mayorkas said, “These updated travel requirements reflect the Biden-Harris administration’s commitment to protecting public health while safely facilitating the cross-border trade and travel that is critical to our economy.”
Canadian truckers are staging a "Convoy for Freedom" to protest these draconian rules.
This convoy is 70 MILES long!
If these truckers happened to be unvaccinated illegal immigrants crossing the border-- no problem. Just come right in!
Does it seem that this mandate on truckers is some sort of purposeful punishment? Why do this now?
It's no wonder that the phrase "Bare Shelves Biden" is trending on social media.
Did you know that candy-coated chocolates can make the world a better place by increasing a sense of "inclusivity?"
Evidently, that's what Mars, the maker of M & M candies, believes. The M & M's mascots are going woke.
In a statement, a Mars spokesperson said, “We took a deep look at our characters, both inside and out, and have evolved their look, personalities and backstories to be more representative of today’s society. As the world changes, so do we.”
The biggest change comes as Ms. Green gets a makeover. No longer can she strut her stuff in her sexy, white go-go boots. Now she wears sneakers.
M&M’s are saying that they have a “global commitment to creating a world where everyone feels they belong, and society is inclusive.”
Maybe it's just me, but I don't remember ever opening a bag of M & M's and saying, "Wow...this candy doesn't represent me. I feel excluded."
Finally, this bit of sad news.
Marvin Lee Aday, professionally known as "Meat Loaf"--the legendary, Grammy award-winning rocker--passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 74. He was probably best known for his hits, "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad." and " I Would Do Anything For Love," along with an appearance in the cult-classic movie, The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Although his cause of death has not been listed, it is reported that he was seriously ill with COVID-19 prior to his death. It isn't clear if he was vaxxed, but he had been previously outspoken about mask-wearing, and maintaining our freedom from intrusive government regulation. It's sad that his life and career are now being used as a "political tool" in our crazy COVID culture war.
However, there is a light-hearted side to the news of Meat Loaf's passing.
Coincidental with the news of his death, the Weber company, maker of barbeque grills, sent out their "Recipe of the Week" email to it's customers telling them how to prepare... BBQ Meat Loaf!
The Weber grill company immediately issued an apology to the Aday family for its auto-generated, ill-timed email. However, many of Meat Loaf's friends say that he would have thoroughly enjoyed the irony of it.
One Weber customer commented that it was "the greatest junk e-mail I've ever received."
